There are so many things that different community organizations can do to address the housing crisis – but a random mix of actions is not likely to have a great impact. Making meaningful progress will require a strategic and aligned set of actions. Sessions in this Track focus on developing a solid multi-stakeholder strategy that weaves together many mutually reinforcing activities to achieve significant impact on the key challenges of the housing crisis. It has sessions on the powerful techniques for organizing and managing successful strategy implementation.
